troy wins 3x Gold @ DACH CX Awards

We are honored and proud to have won 3x Gold Awards at the DACH Customer Experience Awards 2022.

The Judges of international CX-Professionals honored our initiatives in Self-Services, Augmentation of the Collection Experiences and Artificial Intelligence supported live training of Service Agents. Especially noteworthy to them was, that we’re not only able to provide an outstanding Customer Experience, but also are able to translate this into tangible Business results for ourselves, our commercial partners, as well as the end customers who are enabled to take care of their open invoices.
