troy in the finals of the International Customer Experience Awards 2021

Every year, the International Customer Experience Award iCXA honors outstanding achievements in customer-centric companies in over 30 categories.

Due to the large number of increased digital initiatives, the field of competitors grew to over 150 companies and teams last year. We are all the more pleased that our solutions landed on the shortlist in 2 categories:

  • Best Digital Customer Experience – Financial Services
  • Customers at the Heart of Everything™

The pitches of the 2-day final presentations will take place on November 10 and 11. Participants include heavyweights such as Cisco, DHL, Vodafone, Allianz Insurance, HSBC and Samsung.

In last year’s edition, we won Bronze for our radical Customer Experience driven approach to collections, and thanks to the hard work of our teams, we feel extremely well prepared for this year’s edition.
