We were invited to give a keynote at CX Forum Vienna 2023 about our approach to combining Artificial and Emotional Intelligence. The focus was on how technology supports our purpose as a “Social Responsible Collector”.

The annual event brings together CX leaders from all industries in Vienna. This year’s speakers included representatives from Bosch, andsafe, SAS and other well-known corporations. We are happy to be able to speak among such renowned names and look forward to the next edition in Cologne.
