troy takes on social responsibility in times of crisis with the initiative troy_together
The FinTech Startup troy reacts to the current corona crisis and launches the initiative troy_together. With modified processes, new qualifications and economic commitment, troy is taking on responsibility in times of crisis.

Especially in times of crisis it is essential for companies to secure their liquidity with high realization rates. At the same time, it is important to protect valuable customer relationships in order to secure their sales potential for the time after the crisis. troy combines debt collection with customer experience and offers both – market-leading realization rates and optimized customer retention.
Just in time for the launch of troy_together, new functions of the troy platform will be made available with which clients can automatically grant their troyen customers extended flexibility. To support this, troy is now reducing collection fees for corona consequences and even waiving them in special cases (until at least 09/2020).
Furthermore, the troy case managers were provided with basic psychological training to enable them to react correctly in emotional dialogues and to recognise warning signals where they should refer to professional offers.
