troy announced as Finalist of the International Customer Experience Awards

Another reason to celebrate: for the second time this year, troy has reached the final for a prestigious award. Following the “FinTech Germany Award”, the “International Customer Experience Award” has now announced the finalists for the coveted award: troy is the only debt collection company on the list, alongside many well-known international consumer brands. The award ceremony will take place on 19 November 2020 in Amsterdam and will be a major digital event with participants from around the world.

“We are delighted with the nomination. It proves to us that our revolutionary approach, combining debt collection with customer experience, is successful and is also attracting international attention,” comments Philip Rürup, founder and managing director of troy.

troy was nominated in the two categories “Digital Transformation” and “Business Change and Transformation – SME”. The prestigious awards will be presented by an international jury of experts at the awards ceremony on 19 November following the final live pitches.
