International Customer Experience Award in bronze!

Since November 11th, 2020, the “troy experience” can be called Award-winning. After an extensive review and selection process by a committee of high-ranking customer experience experts, we were invited to the finals of the iCXA20, the International Customer Experience Awards 2020, on this day. With that, we were the first debt collection company to make it to the finals in the history of this prestigious award.

With around 200 participants from 43 different countries, the who-is-who of the customer experience community was present on the final day. Applicants competed in nineteen categories to present their customer experience approaches and their success to their respective juries. 

We prevailed against strong competitors and won bronze in the Business Change and Transformation – SME category at the awards ceremony. The jury was thrilled to see how customer experience best practices can even improve collection processes and deliver measurable benefits.
