Daniela Straube joins the management board of FinTech startup troy

Lippstadt/Hamburg, January 7, 2020 – FinTech startup troy is expanding its management team, underlining its growth ambitions. On January 1, 2020, Daniela Straube (42) became a member of the executive board, joining the founders Till Völzke and Philip Rürup as well as CTO Gunnar Zarncke. The experienced manager will push the internationalization of troy and also supports the core market Germany with her expertise and network.

At troy, Daniela Straube contributes her experience of nearly 20 years in leadership positions in debt collection as well as fraud and risk management. Before joining troy, she was Managing Director of the global financial services provider Arvato Financial Solutions (the Bertelsmann Group), where she was responsible for restructuring and developing the debt collection business in Benelux and France. Prior to that, she gained experience in fraud and risk management, which is also relevant for debt collection clients, in management positions at Arvato and Schufa.

Daniela Straube is looking forward to the new task, “Customer experience is the crucial factor for any functioning business nowadays.
